Do Not Worry About Your SSB Call Letters

ssb+call+letters
Many candidates those who have passed written exams like CDSE, NDA and AFCAT or applied for any direct SSB entry, are worrying about their call letter. Exact duration of getting call letter is hard to know, but you can get a rough idea of getting it by post or online.

I have seen a comment [some blog reader]  unnecessarily creating panic and using absurd language here. Blog like this or any xyz are just a source of guidance and information, they are not officials who can get your call letter or can tell your exact SSB datesI have categorized some details regarding the call letters with respect to type of entry.

CDSE:

This test is conducted by UPSC, there are very less chances of not getting a call letter by post, in fact sometimes you will get a call letter for absentee batch if you have missed the regular batch. Mostly you will get the call letter after/within two month of date of results deceleration. If you don’t get the call letter then you can download it online gets published, yes the online list also works well equally.

IMA and OTA:

IMA candidates gets their date before OTA candidates, the logic is simple, IMA-134th is going to commence in Jan 2013 and SSC-97th is going to commence in April 2013. OTA candidates will get their dates later, may be 2-3 months after IMA interviews. SSB Board never conduct PC and SSC at the same time for the same entry [CDSE here]. Sometimes candidates get their call letter by post before the online list, so in any which way you can get you call letter and attend the SSB interview

AFA:

They are very fast in publishing online list, also they send the call letter through post. So if you do not get the call letter due to postal delay or any other reason, you can go to their website and download the online list with your name and roll number mentioned in it.

Through CDSE you will get only one SSB call, no matter for how many branches you have passed you will get the call letter for your first preference.

AFCAT:

This time IAF is providing convenience to aspirants, you can directly generate your admit card from IAF website or may get it through e-mail so no worries at all. Again no one knows the actual dates of getting call letter or interview, but mostly interviews start after 1-2 months from the date of results, you are suggested to check the official websites respectively.

Other Direct Entries:

Direct entries like TGC,SSC,TES,UES,NCC and all Navy entries also sends call letter by post, but sometimes you may not get the call letter, in that case you can go to the respective website and download it. Indian Navy is top in case of providing the convenience to the aspirant, you can easily download your call letter as well as application form. Army website is not up to the mark, this time candidates are facing lots of trouble and they are not aware of the actual interview dates, but this happens rarely, you can also download the online list from India army website or may get it through post. Again you are suggested to call the officials to know the exact date or duration.

Go through the official advertisement carefully, you will find few important dates, also they use to mention the expected date of interview and other related information. For all updated information first check the official websites, also check your e-mails regularly, Navy and Army use to send SMS and e-mails also. If you do not find any solution then contact the respective official branch.
