In part one we saw what are the general mistakes that aspirants commit and lose in SSB. CDS entry is one of the prestigious entries for getting into defence. Here limited people reach out for CDS SSB Interview as compared to the direct entries / other entries, so getting screened in is one of the easy chance in this entry, but this does not mean that you can do anything and would be selected. You have to reveal your potential to get in. Screening rounds are made for that only. How to do well would be the next thing that the aspirants are thinking about. It’s very simple follow these simple steps and you can make:
- Time management: this is one of the important things for anyone but for defence aspirants time
should be like GOD and one should know the importance of it. Even a second you waste can separate you from your goal, so plan things properly. There are certain expectations from the aspirants and that needs to be fulfilled. - Self-introspection: this is one of the tools that can help in self-analysis. Here important events of life are studied and you determine what are the strength and weaknesses for an individual. Once that is known the loop holes are removed from ones personality and then the things that come in CDS SSB Interview are started practicing as you have to relate your individual personality with the things done there. There are several tools that I have design and use it during mentorship for personal analysis of the individuals. If things are read from different resources there is a possibility of losing the individuality as CDS SSB Interview is all about different people. It has been seen that even different stories can be a success factor for different individuals, so believe in what you do.
- Don’t believe in myths: I had been hearing in different mails about the myths that aspirants believe in. SSB is a place of wonders and things are judged differently. It’s not a similar selection process as it happens for various campus placement companies. So preparation is also different here and the people who are usually not selected say different things for this place. One need to save themselves from all that and consult reliable resources only.
- Personality development: it should be taken care with regard to OLQ’s that are judged in CDS SSB Interview. Personality is very volatile and needs time for change. It also needs time to adapt from good to bad or vice versa so positive thinking during preparation and performance at CDS SSB Interview would be the tool for success.
