CALL UP DETAILS AFCAT 01/2012
Call up details of AFCAT 1/2012 for the courses scheduled for commencing in Jan 2013 & UES 2013 (scheduled for commencing in Jul 2013) are given below.candidates are required to quote the afcat number allotted in all future correspondence pertaining to these courses.
Candidates are to report for SSB testing at the place, time & date mentioned below. A representative of the board in Indian air force uniform will receive the candidates and escort them to the Selection board.
Call letters along with the detailed instructions are being sent by post.However in case of non-receipt of call up letters due to postal delays, candidates whose names are listed here are advised to report for SSB interview with a print out of the relevant page to the respective air forces election board at Dehradun, Mysore or Varanasi as mentioned against each name.
The call up details have been uploaded till batches commencing 23 July 12. The next update of call up details is likely to be hosted by 15 July 12.

The First callup list for AFCAT 01/ 2012 uploaded is for fifteen batches commencing on following dates:- 16 Apr 12, 23 Apr 12, 30 Apr 12, 07 May 12, 14 May 12, 21 May 12, 28 May 12, 04 Jun 12, 11 Jun 12, 18 Jun 12, 25 Jun 12, 02 Jul 12, 09 Jul 12, 16 Jul 12 and 23 Jul 2012.
Hello sir ! i had recently recieved a call letter for the afsb (in bangalore) after clearing the nda written exam.Now it is lost !! Is it possible to get another copy of the call letter.
Hello, Sir.. I am a 1st year Mtech student, graduated this year, and appeared in AFCAT 02/2012. Sir, I am hopeful abt cracking d same. Now my ques is if i be succesful in AFSB too, is there any provision by which i cud join IAF after my Mtech course completes, i.e July 2014, or is it compulsry dat i ve 2 join in july 2013 batch. Please let me clarify my doubt…for i ve seen in d IAF website dat atmst 24 mnths study leave is allowed to d officers.!
You have to join on the date mentioned in the advertisement, 24 months leave is for officers, not for cadets, you are not an officer until you pass out from AFA.

I guess you got me wrong, Airmen are non commissioned rank, they also write AFCAT to become an officers, so that list are for Airmen, I wanted to know are you an Airmen or a civilian. If you are not an Airmen then search your name again, it is better to call AFCAT Cell.
Hello, My name is Vishal Tiwari, I just want to know that as my name is in the list of AFSB-MYSORE (AIR WARRIOR) and my interview is on 20-08-2012 but problem is that I does not have call letter and doesnot remeber my roll number also. I am also not sure that whether it my name or somebody else. Just tell me from where and how I can confirm that it is my name on the online list??? I am waiting for your reply…
Air Warriors are Airmen, you can check it in your unit.

I’ve received my call letter for jul 30 SSB interview .. I lost my admit card and i dont hv any photocopy of it .. Is there a way to get it back from online?
Will It be a problem during the interview since they asked me to bring it along..?
AFCAT Admit cards were issued by post earlier so there is no way you can get it online.
Attend the SSB with other necessary docs.
2nd list is out today.
i lost my AFSB Call Letter and my ssb date on 9 july,so plzz suggest me what to do.
Just take the print out of the online list with your name and roll number in it, go with original valid ID proof and other educational docs.

I’m a student of engineering and have just appeared for 3 yr exams, and have received a call for ssb from afsb under ues scheme. 2 of my batch mates who have already visited the place as their date was scheduled for 4 june told me that we are not eligible for this scheme this year as they were returned the same day on some last date for document submission issue which is contradictory to the advertisement issued.kindly help me out at the earliest as to should i go or not at the earliest as my date is also approaching soon.

well kavan i appeared under the ues scheme only…nd i didn face any problem like u said..my ssb was on 7th may in varanasi….i wud say go ahead…bt make sure abt the 8 subjects minimum dat u must have studies in ur engineering till 3rd year
sir my name is in the list for afsb ,but there is also a separate list of air warrior in that .So sir am i not eligible for the flying branch ?

No, Air warriors are service personals of AFA ( non commissioned rank ), you are eligible for whatever you are with your present qualification and DOB. All the best Nick

i dont have the AFCAT admit card, is it compulsory to bring it during
1. You will get it before your SSB Interview .
2. If you do not get it on time then take the print out of online list with your raoll number and name mentioned on it.
3. Yes, it is required but if in case you have lost it then its ok.

Yes you can call the AFSB center and ask them for another date, you have to call them until you get another date from there side. They may tell you to call letter, so keep calling until you get another date.
There is a post in out blog with contact details of all SSB and AFSB center.

Hello sir please help me out with this problem … Sir i am JUNE-2011 pass out candidate.I have keen interest in defense forces for becoming officer(attempted 3 ssb till now). Till now i didn’t join any job because my parents are not allowing me to do any side by job, they want me to be only concentrate on SSB and get recommended as soon as possible.They are with me in all situation and circumstances. So my question is that ,what to write in “PRESENT OCCUPATION” of PIQ form in SSB (or) if i don’t write then what to say to the Interviewer regarding the same, when he ask “Why u didn’t join any job ? /What u were doing after your graduation”..sir please provide me guidance in this situation, i am not able to decide what to say or write ,very confused. Please clear my doubts with needful explanation…

There will be no absentee in AFCAT SSB
You have to call the SSB board they will provide you date of another regular batch .
SSB Center will not change in any case.
