Candidates with backlog are Not Permitted to Apply.

After 09 Jul 12 Air force will allot the AFCAT centers to all the applicants , you will get an e-mail regarding the same, after getting the e-mail from Airforce, you have to login here again to take the print out of your admit card.

For those who are not getting 12 SSC Flying(p) option please mark Yes in PABT option . Read it carefully, Mark No only if you have failed in PABT.

I fared so well and I was very positive of getting through the exam. surprisingly i didn’t find my number amongst the list of shortlisted candidates. What is the contact number for AFCAT cell? Couldnt complete the online registration today. Their website was very slow. Will my application be considered if i send it today? I know it sounds stupid but for far flung areas it is open till 16th. Is there any chance?

Read the age criteria as mentioned in the advertisement , if your present age is comes under it then you are eligible.

I am a final year student of B.E.(IT). I have selected 9 out of the 18 subjects mentioned. I’ve selected yes for pabt test. I’ve never been a part of ncc wing. It’s too late to send an application offline. Am I doing anything wrong in filling out the form? Or just because I know 9 subjects I am not eligible? What is it? First of all stop thinking about joining defence so badly. Grab the opportunities you get in life, do not run behind defence by neglecting other things in life. You should know there is a luck factor also in SSB.
Keep trying for defence side by side, give your best in SSB Interview. Just be focused towards your goal, keep a proper planning, do not get disheartened. You got a job offer, there are many other capable ppl who do not get the right job also.

sir i applied for afcat online ,but i could not find the flying branch..so i applied it offline with same email-id ,today i received a mail from afcat centre that my form is rejected because of duplicate entry.sir now i am applying for the online entry but there is a incorrect password and username error,and not opening.sir can i fill the form offline with new e-mail-id?
Being a well educated candidates how are you suppose to apply twice when it is clearly mentioned no to do so !!

According to the AFCAT advertisement if you have completed your graduation from a recognized university then you are eligible. I am not much aware about the process you are telling me , but you got the write certificates then you are eligible. Make sure you do the proper study about that university.

I have given my second year exam(B.Com), results awaited.
Can I apply for AFCAT 02/2012? On 16th Aug (On the day of exam), I will be in 3rd year!
But the problem is that in the ad, they asked to submit 3rd year passing certificate by 1st July 2013. I am not sure whether my university (Delhi University) will declare the results by that time!

Delhi University doesn’t give any specific date of passing out!
I just know that my final year exams will be held in May 2013 and the results are expected in July/August 2013!

Yes, you are eligible, most of the candidates pass out within this duration only.

Please read properly , you can not blindly select anything, select the option which has minimum 8 subjects studied by you in your graduation or engineering.

Hi, I am trying to fill the form online for Ground duty option, woman. However its not allowing me to move on from 3rd form, I have completed all the steps as required but when I click on continue to application part 4, it gives an error like fill all from part 3….pls guide.

Photograph you have to add, have a soft copy of photograph. Fingerprint and signature are optional.

43 SSC is a GDOC branch. First read the eligibility for the flying branch in the advertisement , check your eligibility for the flying first. Let me know if you are eligible for flying by age and qualification.

STILL not getting the flying branch, what’s wrong in the website? They had mentioned any gradution of 3 years is eligible for flying branch. i had listed B.Tech( IT) of 4 years as my qualification but still the drop-down menu does not shows 12 ssc(OF FLYING BRANCH), anyone knows how to figure it out??

i called afcat cell and they told me that when we r asked ” whether you failed in PABT ? ” yes or no….. there we have to select “no” . only then after we can see the flying option in next step.
i have filled my application according to that only and given my first preference for flying.

I guess you are mistaking in your qualification and subjects selection. Please check once carefully. All instructions are written there, do take time to read them.
