Candidates in pre final(2014) year and final year(2013) of BE/Btech can apply for TECHNICAL/ EXECUTIVE branches in Navy under University Entry Scheme (UES) for the course commencing in July 2013 and July 2014.
Eligibility:
Education Qualification : Applicatn must be studying( 3rd and 4th year) in a recognised university and should have minimum 60% aggregate.
Check the advertisement for correct and more details about the educational eligibility .
Selection Procedure:
1. Navy will shortlist applicants for Naval Campus selection, only shortlisted applicants will get the call for Naval Campus selection, shortlisting depends on the eligibility, number of vacancies and your percentage.
2. You will be called for Naval Campus selection at your own expenses at centres decided by IHQ-MoD (Navy).
3. Candidates who will pass the Naval Campus selection will get the call letter to attend SSB at Bangalore/Bhopal/Coimbatore, between Dec 2012 to Apr 2013 for final year engineering students and Apr 2013 to Jul 2013 for pre-final students .
How can I apply ?
- Candidates are required to apply online, multiple registration will result in cancellation of candidature.
- Candidates can apply from 27 June 2012 till 16 Jul 2012 ( last date).
- After submitting the online application you will get an Application number which confirms the successful submission of the form.
- Take two printouts of the application form , keep one with you and another has to be submitted at the time of Naval Campus Selection .
- Do not forget to do the necessary signature on the application form.

yes, you are eligible, you need to clear that backlog before start of the course. so chillax and enjoy

The notification on nausenabharati website says that the ones who hadnt applied online may get their registration number from the campus selection team and register now online!

sir i’m ankit a student of btech final year in mechanical engineering.I have applied online for SSC (UES) in navy on navy website.At that time in online application they have asked my each semester seprate marks till 5th semester and 60% aggregrate till prefinal yeear.Now my result of 6th semester has been declared and i got a backlog in one subject but still i have 60% aggregate marks till prefinal year.On 23 august i got a email from navy for campus interview which is on 29th august at NOIDA. sir i want to know that i’m eligible for that interview or not.I have to go there or not.??
Is there anything mentioned in the advertisement or call letter about backlogs?? You can clarify this with Navy. I do not think there will be any problem, but once call the respective branch and clarify.

I am very happy with your plenty of information in your blog. I have known many uesful things from your blog. Sir i have appliesd for NAVY UES 2013 from final year of b.tech i am doing my b.tech in EEE discipline. Sir while applying fillling the online application they have asked to enter total marks and marks scored for each semester of my b.tech, bymistake i have entered 25 marks less in 3 semesters in the total marks i.e i have entered 825 as the total marks instead of 850 and in two other semesters i have entered 800 instead of 825. so then my overall pecentage till my completion of third year has come as 82.58 in the application form while filling it. it should be 80.80 as per correct calculation and there has come a difference of 1.78 percentage . they have asked for signature on the application form which i have took print out from our head of the department. so sir please suggest me how to proceed and please tell me wether it could be a major mistake?
You can make the correction in the application form with an application regarding the correction you have done.

1st Use Internet Explorer while feeling your form.
2nd Its kind of tricky way to reduce size but it ll work!!!
Just open the image in MSPAINT (paint application in windows) and crop it. Save it as jpeg extension.
