Indian Navy has started the process of SSB Interview for SSC Pilot Entry June 2013. Candidates applied and shortlisted for this entry being called for SSB Interview at Naval selection board. Notification for SSC Pilot Observer 2013 had come in Oct 2012.

Candidates allotted with SSB Bangalore will be facing SSB interview for SSC Pilot from 8 April 2013 onward, if you haven’t received any call letter, do check your emails and text message. Only shortlisted candidates will be getting call for these interviews.

And i have a friend in final year, he too applied for UES-Pilot (July 2013 course), his aggregate percentage till 6th semester was 64.6%, he didnt only get the call letter for ssb, he even cleared it. He had his SSB Feburary.

My aggregate percentage till 5th semester is 66% and if the cut off percentage is somewhere around 75% how did i get the call letter for UES-Pilot SSB in Bangalore?
I have got call letter for ssb of SSC(UES-PILOT) ON 19th june 2013 at 12 ssb bangalore but problem is that ,my 6th sem exam is on tha day .Is there any procedure to extend SSB date
Yes you can get your ssb date changed. Just call up SSB Bangalore, the number is given in the call-up letter and they will put you in the absentee batch.

i dont understand one thing about navy..i.e.cut-off %..why navy cutoff % differs in the notification compared to shortlisting of aspirants to ssb…firstly this % based shortlisting of aspirants is useless…if they are really looking for good chap then arrange one entrance exam like IAF does,then shortlist the aspirant…does navy think that the chap below 70% are not fit to join armed forces…or they want a name that navy selects aspirants with high academic %..who will be much useful than a chap below 70% to the nation…m sorry this is utter nonsense..even the official website of navy is not in a good condition..it does not give any information to the aspirant about their application status…

I have 79.30%, so what? the Cutoff list is upto 81.5% something. I m sure about this cz one of my frnd is having 81.80% and he is at very bottom of the list.
@viral patel Dear friend, you are not right. my % is 77.45 and i got the call letter. and the uncertain thing is that why you haven’t get the call letter!
