- It is equipped with a 5,400 Horse Power (HP) electric locomotive engine and 12 modern coaches.

The trials of the semi-high speed train already have been conducted twice between the Agra and Delhi route. But the mandatory clearance from the Commissioner of Railway Safety (CRS) has been not granted yet. After successful implementation of this semi high-speed train service between Delhi and Agra, Indian Railways is seeking to implement it on nine more routes.
