How to join indian airforce after 10+2

Do you have a dream to be a pilot and fly fighter planes of Indian airforce, if yes, this could be possible just after you complete your 10+2. How To Join Indian Airforce After 10+2

You can join NDA by taking the exam conducted by Union Public Service Commission (UPSC). This exam is conducted twice a year in all major cities throughout India.

  • Age โ€“ 16 ยฝ to 19 ยฝ years(at the time of commencement of course)
  • Nationality โ€“ Indian
  • Gender ย โ€“ Men only
  • Educational Qualifications โ€“ 10+2 with Physics and Mathematics. Appearing final year students can also eligible to apply.
  • Advertisement Schedule โ€“ ย May and December. (Advertisement is released by UPSC. Visit www.upsc.gov.in)How to join indian airforce after 10+2

Candidates, short-listed for Indian Air Force after the initial selection procedure, go through a rigorous three-year training regimen at the National Defence Academy at Khadakwasla, followed by specialised training at one of the training establishment. Thereafter, they are Commissioned as Permanent Commission Officers and posted as pilots at any of the Air Force Stations.

So if you want to join Indian airforce after 10+2 and wanted to be a fighter pilot, you can apply for the UPSC NDA Exam in your 10+2 and after 10+2. NDA exam is conducted by two times every year. Once you clear the written test of NDA exam, you will be called for the SSB interview, once you clear the 5 days SSB interview, you will go through a medical test. After clearing your medical test, you have to wait for the final merit list of NDA exam.
