  1. Dress up like a Gentleman – You have never seen any officer dressed up like a shaggy person. He always maintains his gentleman hood. It’s not about the fashion or trend. But observe their etiquettes and way they appear. So should you. A gentleman hood is a mixture of good dressing sense and discipline.
  2. Always Stay Ready to Act – An officer is never off duty. So should you. Always stay ready to act in any situation. There is no place for excuses and delays in the Armed Forces. Lazy personality always stands last and an all-time leader stands first and ahead of the group.
  3. Catalyse The Situation In A Smart Manner – Everyday comes with a problem. The only difference is the degree of problems. In your casual life, always stand firm in solving and pacifying the situation. Be a mediator in the problem and catalyse the situation by pacifying the situation and untangle the problem.
  4. A Good Communicator Is A Good Leader – Before appearing in SSB, it is strictly advised to be a good and an effective communicator. An officer has to direct his men to make the task done and an effective communicator can clarify the task in a crystal clear way. So brush up your communication skill in your casual life and lead like a leader from the crowd.
  5. Pay Attention To Punctuality – Time is the resource that drives the Armed Forces. A soldier utilizes every second of his life and manages time to complete the task in time. Every Armed Forces aspirant must inculcate the quality of punctuality in his casual life. Measure every step of your life taking time as its standard unit. Delays are sin in the Armed Forces and cause of successive penalties. It not only impacts and inculcates an officer quality in you but also pays by improving your lifestyle and performance.
  6. Liveliness Is The Basic Requirement – An officer never descends his moral and always keeps his confidence on the peak. He lives every moment freely, even after getting burden from his seniors. You should also enjoy every moment and do correct work at the correct time.
