The SSC Tech 31 Women course is a short service commission (SSC) program for women, designed to provide them with an opportunity to serve the nation in the Indian Army. The course is open to unmarried women who have completed their engineering degree in a relevant field.

The merit list for SSC Tech 31 Women includes the names of the top-performing candidates who have successfully completed the selection process and met the eligibility criteria for the course. These candidates will now be invited to attend the training program at OTA Chennai, where they will receive specialized training in various aspects of military service.

The training program for SSC Tech 31 Women is designed to prepare candidates for a range of roles within the Indian Army, including combat roles, technical roles, and administrative roles. During the program, candidates will receive specialized training in weapons handling, physical fitness, leadership, and communication skills, among other areas.

Upon completion of the training program, the candidates will be commissioned as officers in the Indian Army and will serve a minimum of 10 years of service.
