Height and Weight Chart for Indian Army: Male candidates aspiring to join the Armed Forces must meet a minimum height requirement of 157 cm, unless otherwise determined by the recruiting agency. (i) A Body Mass Index (BMI) below 25. (ii) Waist circumference below 90 cm for males and 80 cm for females. (iii) All biochemical and metabolic parameters within normal ranges.
