In a significant demonstration of operational readiness and leadership engagement, Air Marshal PM Sinha, the Air Officer Commanding-in-Chief of the Headquarters Western Air Command of the Indian Air Force (IAF), took to the skies on March 19, 2024, piloting sorties in both a Jaguar and a MiG-21.
