Lieutenant General Hitesh Bhalla, SC**, SM, VSM, General Officer Commanding of the Fire and Fury Corps, recently visited the Siachen Base Camp, where he paid tribute to the Fallen Heroes at the Siachen War Memorial.
During his visit, Lt Gen Bhalla laid a wreath at the memorial, honoring the brave soldiers who have sacrificed their lives in the line of duty on the world’s highest battlefield.
The General commended the Siachen Warriors for their professional excellence and resilience under the extremely harsh conditions of the glacier.
