Surg Vice Admiral Arti Sarin, AVSM, VSM, Director General Armed Forces Medical Services (DGAFMS), was paid a congratulatory visit by Lt Gen Madhuri Kanitkar, PVSM, AVSM, VSM (Retd), Vice Chancellor of Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, following her assumption of the apex appointment.
