Indian Army to Conduct Recruitment Rally for Agniveers and Woman Military Police in Hyderabad from December 8 to 16

The Indian Army is set to host a recruitment rally from December 8 to 16 at the GMC Balayogi Athletic Stadium in Gachibowli, aiming to enlist Agniveers from 33 districts across the state. This initiative marks an important step in bolstering the ranks of the Indian Army, particularly through the Agniveer scheme, which is designed to attract young talent into the armed forces.

In addition to recruiting Agniveers, the rally will also focus on selecting candidates for the Woman Military Police (WMP) personnel. This portion of the recruitment will extend its reach beyond Telangana, encompassing hopefuls from Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, and the Union Territory of Puducherry, including specific enclaves like Karaikal and Yanam.

The recruitment process will cover several categories, including Agniveer General Duty, Agniveer Technical, Agniveer Clerk/Storekeeper Technical, and Agniveer Tradesman (for those who have completed 10th and 8th grade), as well as positions for the Woman Military Police.

Candidates who have received their admit cards are required to bring all necessary documents as outlined in the rally notification dated February 12. The Army has emphasized that the recruitment process will be fully automated and transparent, allowing for a streamlined and fair selection procedure.

In a bid to maintain the integrity of the recruitment process, the Army has issued a stern warning to aspirants about the potential risks posed by fraudsters. Candidates are advised to remain vigilant and avoid any interactions with agents or agencies that claim they can influence the selection process. The Army encourages all applicants to adhere strictly to the official guidelines provided to ensure a smooth recruitment experience.
