Indian Navy Reschedules INCET 01/2024, New Exam Date and Revised Vacancies Announced

The Indian Navy has announced a rescheduling of the Indian Navy Civilian Entrance Test (INCET 01/2024), which will now take place in the last week of November 2024. This significant alteration comes after the initial dates, set for September 10 to 14, 2024, were canceled due to unforeseen technical and administrative issues, as indicated in an official notification.

In conjunction with the new examination schedule, the Navy has updated the number of vacancies available for the MTS (Ministerial) posts, increasing the count from 16 to 69. Overall, the total number of vacancies to be filled through this examination now stands at 794. Candidates can find the amended vacancies notification through a direct link provided by the Indian Navy.

Moreover, the Indian Navy has commenced the recruitment process for unmarried male candidates wishing to enlist as Sailors in the Medical Branch for the SSR (Medical Assistant) November 2024 batch. Applications are being accepted until September 17, 2024, through the official website, www.joinindiannavy.gov.in. To complete their applications, candidates will need to pay a fee of Rs 60 plus GST.
