The tragic collision between a fishing boat and the Indian Navy submarine INS Karanj in the Arabian Sea has led to significant legal consequences for the skipper of the fishing vessel, FV Marthoma. The incident, which occurred approximately 70 nautical miles off the coast of Goa, resulted in the loss of two lives and left 11 others injured.
