Lieutenant General Manish Erry has assumed command of the prestigious Defence Services Staff College (DSSC), Wellington, succeeding Lieutenant General Virendra Vats, who concluded a distinguished three-year tenure.
During his tenure, Lt Gen Vats was credited with reinforcing DSSCโs reputation for academic excellence, expanding joint training initiatives, and strengthening international military cooperation with partner nations.
Lt Gen Erry, a highly decorated officer with 37 years of distinguished service, expressed gratitude to the civilian staff and the local community for their support.
