On 04 October 2025, Assam Rifles organised a felicitation ceremony at Kaisampat, Imphal, to honour the successful participants of its Skill Development Programme 4.0, a transformative civic action initiative aimed at empowering local youth through vocational training and employment opportunities.
The programme, conducted jointly by Assam Rifles and We Care Skill Solutions an Imphal-based organisation specialising in skill development provided specialised training in Hospitality and Retail to 56 young participants.
