HQ Training Command, Indian Air Force (TC) conducted the Commanders’ Conclave on December 23, 2025, aimed at undertaking a comprehensive review of training, maintenance, and administrative aspects across the command.
The conclave was chaired by Air Marshal Tejinder Singh, Air Officer Commanding-in-Chief (AOC-in-C), Training Command. Senior commanders and key stakeholders participated in detailed deliberations focused on enhancing the overall effectiveness of training systems within the Indian Air Force.

During his address, the AOC-in-C emphasised the critical importance of ensuring that training remains closely aligned with the Indian Air Force’s operational requirements and evolving capabilities. He underlined that realistic, future-oriented training is essential to prepare personnel for the challenges of modern air warfare.
The Commanders’ Conclave provided a valuable platform for constructive dialogue, sharing of best practices, and collaborative problem-solving, enabling commanders to collectively drive excellence in training standards, maintenance efficiency, and administrative effectiveness.
The event reaffirmed the Indian Air Force’s commitment to continuous improvement, joint learning, and mission readiness, ensuring that its training ecosystem remains robust, responsive, and operationally relevant.
