The valedictory function of the 1st Test Course (Unmanned Aerial Systems) and the 25th Production Test Pilots Course was held today at the Aircraft and Systems Testing Establishment (ASTE), Bengaluru.

Air Marshal K A A Sanjeeb, VSM, Director General (Aircraft), graced the occasion as the Chief Guest and congratulated the graduating officers for successfully completing the demanding and specialised courses.

The courses are aimed at enhancing expertise in testing, evaluation, and operational employment of manned and unmanned aerial platforms. The officers who graduated from these programmes are expected to play a key role in strengthening indigenous defence aerospace capabilities, particularly in the areas of flight testing, certification, and operational validation.

The event underscored the Indian Air Forceโs commitment to technological excellence and self-reliance, aligning with the national vision of Atmanirbhar Bharat, as India advances its capabilities in aerospace, unmanned systems, and next-generation defence technologies.
