Lt Gen Arvind Chauhan, YSM, SM, General Officer Commanding (GOC), Sudarshan Chakra Corps, visited Nasirabad Military Station to review the operational preparedness of the Sabse Behtar Brigade, a unit of the First To Strike Brigade, along with key logistics establishments.

During the visit, Lt Gen Chauhan was briefed on current operational commitments, training priorities, infrastructure upgrades, and welfare initiatives. He assessed readiness levels and stressed the importance of sustained preparedness across formations and support elements.

The GOC also presided over a Capability Development Conference, attended by all Formation Commanders of Sudarshan Chakra Corps. In his address, he emphasised the critical role of Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) and Counter-UAS capabilities, including the need for a robust regeneration and repair ecosystem, accelerated technology infusion, and upgradation of training infrastructure.

Highlighting the importance of combined-arms integration, Lt Gen Chauhan underlined the need to continually enhance operational effectiveness in evolving and technology-driven battlefield conditions, reaffirming the Corpsโ focus on modernisation, innovation, and combat readiness.
