Lt Gen Rajesh Pushkar, AVSM, VSM, General Officer Commanding of the Kharga Corps, reviewed the operational readiness of the formation’s ‘Deep Strikers’, lauding their high levels of preparedness, technological absorption, and effectiveness in executing assigned operational tasks.

During the review, the GOC assessed combat readiness, force integration, and the employment of modern technologies across the formation. He expressed satisfaction with the Corps’ ability to adapt to evolving battlefield requirements, highlighting seamless coordination, agility, and precision in operations.
Lt Gen Pushkar also complimented all ranks for their exceptional professionalism and operational agility displayed during Operation Sindoor, noting that the performance reflected rigorous training standards and a strong operational ethos.

The review underscored the Indian Army’s continued focus on technology-driven modernisation, jointness, and mission readiness, reaffirming Kharga Corps’ role as a decisive, responsive formation capable of delivering effects across the spectrum of operations.
