Lieutenant General Hitesh Bhalla, General Officer Commanding (GOC) of the Fire and Fury Corps, visited the Tiger Hill Brigade to review the prevailing security situation and assess the formation’s operational preparedness.
During the visit, Lt Gen Bhalla interacted with troops and staff, appreciating their high levels of alertness, professionalism and rigorous training standards while operating in a demanding environment.
The GOC encouraged all ranks to embrace modern military technologies to further enhance operational effectiveness, situational awareness and response capabilities. He emphasised that the integration of advanced technology, combined with strong training ethos, is essential to maintaining combat readiness and operational superiority.
The visit reaffirmed the Fire and Fury Corps’ focus on vigilance, preparedness and continuous modernisation to safeguard the nation’s frontiers.
