A Command-level conference of Station Master Warrant Officers from bases under the Training Command Indian Air Force was held in Bengaluru on May 25, 2026, under the chairmanship of Air Marshal S Shrinivas, Air Officer Commanding-in-Chief of Training Command.
The conference was attended by the Indian Air Force Master Warrant Officer from Air Headquarters, the Command Master Warrant Officer from HQ Training Command, and 16 Station Master Warrant Officers representing various Air Force bases under the command.

Addressing the participants, Air Marshal Shrinivas highlighted the importance of maintaining the highest standards of training and safety while also strengthening camaraderie, morale, and motivation among air warriors.
The day-long conference included discussions on matters related to training management and the enhanced induction of Agniveervayu personnel under the Agnipath scheme.

Officials stated that the event also served as a platform for receiving valuable feedback from field units and sharing the broader vision and priorities of senior IAF leadership, particularly within Training Command.
The conference underscored the continued focus of the Indian Air Force on professional excellence, personnel welfare, operational readiness, and effective implementation of modern training initiatives.
