Lieutenant General Manraj Singh Mann, SM**, General Officer Commanding (GOC), Trishakti Corps, visited the headquarters and forward areas of the Striking Lion and Black Cat Divisions to review their operational preparedness and combat readiness.
During the visit, the GOC was briefed on the prevailing operational posture, preparedness levels and measures being undertaken by the formations to maintain a high state of combat readiness.
The Corps Commander commended the troops of both formations for their high standards of readiness, vigilance and professionalism. He appreciated their dedication and ability to remain prepared while operating in demanding conditions.

The GOC emphasised the importance of maintaining constant vigilance and ensuring that operational preparedness remains aligned with the evolving security environment. He urged the formations to continue sharpening their skills and strengthening their capabilities.
He also called upon all ranks to remain focused on meeting contemporary and emerging challenges through continuous training, innovation and adaptation.
The GOC’s interaction with the formations forms part of the Indian Army’s broader focus on transformation and capability development under the Decade of Transformation initiative.
The visit reaffirmed Trishakti Corps’ commitment to maintaining a high level of operational readiness while continuously transforming its capabilities to remain prepared for future battlefield challenges.
