The NCC fraternity of West Bengal and Sikkim celebrated a remarkable achievement as Senior Under Officer (SUO) Dhruf Rai of 16 Bengal Battalion NCC, Siliguri, under NCC Group Darjeeling and Sikkim, secured All India Rank (AIR) 59 in the final merit list of the Combined Defence Services (CDS) Examination for the Officer Training Academy (OTA), Chennai, Short Service Commission (Non-Technical) 124 Course.
