Senior Junior Commissioned Officer (JCO) leadership of Vajra Corps came together for the Subedar Majors’ Conclave, providing a platform to draw upon collective experience and strengthen combat readiness across the formation.
The conclave focused on key aspects of military effectiveness, including training standards, troop cohesion, leadership and battlefield preparedness. The senior JCOs exchanged experiences and professional perspectives aimed at addressing contemporary operational requirements.
