Indian Air Force Recruitment Rally Madhya Pradesh Dec 2015. Indian Air Force offers opportunities for UNMARRIED MALE INDIAN CITIZENS from the designated Districts of State of Madhya Pradesh and State of Uttar Pradesh (Lalitpur & Jhansi Districts only) to join as Airmen. The Recruitment Test for Group ‘Y’ {For Automobile Technician, Ground Training Instructor (GTI) and Indian Air Force (Police) [IAF(P)] only} Trades and Group ‘X’ (Technical) Trades will be held at Collectorate, Vidisha (Madhya Pradesh) from 03 December 2015 to 09 December 2015 as per the Selection Programme given below.
SELECTION PROGRAMME. The Recruitment Test will be conducted from 7 AM onwards as per the details given below. Candidates (from respective Districts covered below) reporting up to 10 AM on 03, 05 & 07 December 2015 at the Rally Venue will only be permitted to appear in the Recruitment Test. (THE RECRUITMENT TEST IS NOT FOR SELECTION AS COMMISSIONED OFFICERS/PILOTS/NAVIGATORS).
Indian Air Force Age Limit Airman Group X and Group Y
- Candidates born between 01 February 1996 to 31 May 1999 (both days inclusive) are eligible to appear in the Recruitment Rally.
- In case, a candidate clears the Selection Procedure then the upper age limit as on date of enrolment is 21 years.
Educational Qualification For Indian Air Force Airman
- For Group ‘Y’{For Automobile Technician, GTI & IAF(P) only} Trades.
- Passed Intermediate / 10+2 / Equivalent Examination in any stream/subjects approved by Central / State Education Boards with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English. OR
- Passed Two years Vocational Course recognized by Association of Indian Universities (CBSE / Board of Vocational Higher Secondary Education Kerala) with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English in Vocational Course or in Intermediate/Matriculation, if English is not a subject in Vocational Course.
- For Group ‘X’ (Technical) Trades.
- Passed Intermediate/10+2/ Equivalent examination with Mathematics, Physics and English with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English. OR
- Passed Three years Diploma Course in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Automobile / Computer Science / Instrumentation Technology / Information Technology) from a Government recognized Polytechnic Institute with 50% marks in overall aggregate, and 50% marks in English in Diploma or in Intermediate/Matriculation, if English is not a subject in Diploma Course.
Note: Exact aggregate % of marks before decimal as written in the marks sheet of 10+2/Intermediate/Equivalent/Two years Vocational Course/Three years Diploma Course OR calculated as per the rules of concerned Education Board/Polytechnic Institute will only be considered (For example 49.99% should be taken as 49% and not to be rounded off to 50%).

Indian Air Force Airmen Pay and Allowances [Group X and Group Y]
- During training, a stipend of Rs. 11,400/- per month will be paid. On completion of training the starting gross emoluments at the minimum of scale of pay including Grade Pay, Military Service Pay (MSP), Group ‘X’ Pay {applicable for Group ‘X’ (Technical) Trades only} and Dearness Allowance (DA) will be as follows:
- Group ‘X’ (Technical) Trades. Rs. 24,900/- per month (approximately) which, in subsequent years, may rise up to Rs. 43,940/- per month (approximately).
- Group ‘Y’ { For Automobile Technician, GTI & IAF(P) only} Trades. Rs. 20,500/- per month (approximately) which, in subsequent years, may rise up to Rs. 38,720/- per month (approximately).
