A total of 34 Officer Cadets from the Officers Training Academy, Gaya visited the Nuranang Battalion under the Saidpur Brigade as part of their professional military orientation and leadership development programme.
During the visit, the cadets witnessed an immersive display of infantry weapons and the latest equipment, along with exposure to modern battlefield training facilities that underpin operational readiness in contemporary combat scenarios. The programme also included a guided walk-through of the Unit Heritage Hall, offering insights into the battalionโs distinguished history, traditions, and sacrifices.

The cadets further experienced the ceremonial traditions at the Quarter Guard, gaining a deeper appreciation of the discipline, customs, and ethos that define Army life and regimental pride.

A key highlight of the visit was an interaction with the Commanding Officer, who shared valuable insights on leadership, regimental ethos, and operational preparedness. His address motivated the cadets to uphold the highest standards of excellence, discipline, and unwavering commitment to the Nation as they prepare to join the ranks of the Indian Army as future leaders.
