Air Marshal B Manikantan, Air Officer Commanding-in-Chief (AOC-in-C), Central Air Command, recently visited Air Force Station Gwalior, widely regarded as a hub of professional excellence within the Indian Air Force.

On arrival, the Air Marshal was accorded a ceremonial Guard of Honour. As part of his visit, he toured the Air Force School and interacted with students, encouraging them to pursue excellence and uphold the values associated with the Air Force community.

The AOC-in-C conducted a comprehensive review of the stationโs operational preparedness, undertook a sortie, and inspected key combat elements and operational infrastructure. The assessment focused on readiness, maintenance standards, and the stationโs ability to sustain high-tempo operations.

Addressing the air warriors, Air Marshal Manikantan underscored the strategic significance of Air Force Station Gwalior and exhorted personnel to maintain the highest levels of operational readiness at all times. He commended the air warriors for their professionalism, discipline, and unwavering commitment to excellence in service.
