At the iconic Drill Square of the Officers Training Academy, Gaya, the Inter Company Drill Competition – Winter Term was held on 14 February 2026, highlighting the core values of military training through an impressive display of ceremonial excellence.
Officer Cadets delivered a breathtaking performance marked by precision, discipline and flawless unison, as drill formations came alive with unwavering grit and grace. The competition underscored drill’s central role in shaping military bearing, cohesion and unit discipline—fundamentals of an officer’s profession.
Each contingent demonstrated meticulous coordination, sharp command and synchronised movement, reflecting rigorous training and a deep sense of pride in regimental traditions. The event reinforced the Academy’s emphasis on standards, teamwork and professionalism.
Basantar Company emerged victorious, proudly lifting the coveted Inter Company Drill Competition Trophy, capping a memorable showcase of excellence at OTA Gaya.
