Major General Anil Chandel, SM, VSM, Managing Director of the Ex-Servicemen Contributory Health Scheme (ECHS), conducted an operational review and inspection of ECHS Polyclinics in Chandigarh and Chandimandir.
During the visit, he also reviewed the functioning of the Regional Centres ECHS at Ambala and Chandimandir, where a comprehensive assessment of operational efficiency and service delivery was carried out.
Focus on Veteran Healthcare
The review focused on evaluating the quality of healthcare services, infrastructure and administrative efficiency provided to veterans and their dependents under the ECHS framework.
