Major General Ranjeet Singh Manral, SM, VSM, General Officer Commanding, Golden Arrow Division, visited the Agniveer Recruitment Rally at Ferozepur on August 22, 2026, and interacted with personnel involved in the recruitment process.
During the visit, Maj Gen Ranjeet Singh Manral appreciated the seamless and transparent conduct of the recruitment rally and commended the dedicated efforts of the Indian Army, civil administration and participating NGOs in ensuring appropriate arrangements and support for the aspiring candidates.

The rally provided an opportunity for young men and women from the region to step forward with the aim of joining the Indian Army and serving the nation. The enthusiasm displayed by the candidates reflected the strong spirit of service and military tradition associated with Punjab.
The General Officer also acknowledged the efforts being made to provide care and assistance to candidates throughout the recruitment process, contributing to an organised and candidate-friendly environment.

His interaction with the aspiring Agniveers served as a source of encouragement for the young candidates preparing to embark on a career in the Armed Forces.
