NCC Hosts WTLO Conference in Shillong to Boost Girl Cadet Enrollment

The North Eastern Region Directorate (NER DTE) of the National Cadet Corps (NCC) recently hosted a pivotal Whole Time Lady Officer (WTLO) Conference in Shillong. The conference aimed to address the specific challenges of training and increasing the enrollment of girl cadets in the North Eastern Region, an area known for its unique geographical and logistical challenges.
