Chief of the Army Staff (COAS) General Upendra Dwivedi interacted with officers who are set to superannuate on 31 October 2025 during the Retiring Officers’ Seminar (#ROS). The seminar was organised to honour the remarkable service, dedication, and leadership of the officers who have devoted decades of their lives to the Indian Army and the Nation.
During the interaction, General Upendra Dwivedi commended the officers for their selfless service and unwavering commitment to the highest traditions of the Indian Army. He lauded their professionalism, integrity, and courage, which have significantly contributed to the operational preparedness, efficiency, and ethos of the organisation.
The COAS highlighted that the Indian Army’s strength lies in the dedication and sacrifice of its personnel at all levels and that the departing officers will forever remain an integral part of the Army fraternity.
