Lieutenant General Abhijit S Pendharkar, General Officer Commanding (GOC) Spear Corps, visited Headquarters Inspector General Assam Rifles (North) in Kohima to comprehensively review the prevailing security situation and assess operational preparedness in the region.
During his visit, the Corps Commander also interacted with troops at the Sector Headquarters of Assam Rifles in Lekhapani, Assam. He commended the high standards of professionalism and appreciated the efforts undertaken by the formations to enhance combat readiness.
Lt Gen Pendharkar lauded all ranks for their steadfast dedication, high morale, and commitment towards maintaining peace and stability in the region.
