You are a pre-final or final year student and still waiting for results or your mark sheets are still not out, you must be confused regarding the documents you need at the time of SSB interview, you must have a question whether you can attend SSB interview without all original documents or not.
Yes, you can attend the interview without original marksheets or result awaited if you are a final or pre-final year student and waiting for your result or you have submitted your documents for higher studies, there are certain formalities which you have to follow. Few applications are required at the time of interview from final and pre-final year students. You can get the format of application in your call letter, and you’r suggested to follow the same format as mentioned in your call letters.
Application Format:
1. Candidates who are studying in final year of their academic session/Appeared for final examination/ results not declared
It is certified that _____________________ s/o Shri ________________ is a bonafide student of __________________________ (School/ College) and is presently studying in ___________________. His final board / semester examination will be / was conducted during ______________ (month and year of exam) and the results are expected to be declared by ___________________________ (month and year of expected date of declaration of exam results).

2. For pre final year students of university entry scheme (pre final year) course only

Sir does a 12th appearing candidate need to go for NDA-2 or he can give NDA-1 and appear for SSB? Because those who qualify at NDA-1 SSB will start their session from January next year and 12th board exams get over in March with result releasing in April-May.
I am a final year engineering student expected to appear for my SSB
interview for IMA 40 course at SCE, Allahabad. I have just received my
final semester results through online university portal but am yet to
receive the original marksheet in hand. Do I still need to get a
document signed by the principal stating the tentative date I receive
the marksheet, or do I bring the printed version of the online result
which is available in the internet followed by attestation?

Sir,I’ve cleared ssb for IAF.But due to accident,I was absent in my vii
semester exams of final year in one subject only.Now i have to give that
exam in DEC 2014 and will get provisional in Feb after result
declaration.Sir,I’ve cleared AFSB in Dehradun in Pre-Final year under
UES.The required documents in the I got after ssb contains provisional
before July 2014 with all semester marksheets before training .I,ve no
backs in any subject in any semester before. Please guide me over this
problem whether I could join the training or could I postpone it for 1

sir i have done my diploma in architecture instead of 12th now iam pursuing my b,arch final year and iam supposed to complete my degree by may 2013,but in online application format i mentioned my diploma as i didnt mentioned the aggregate marks instead of iat year engineering because i am pursuing arch from ist year without lateral entry will this create any problem?

I got SSB interview call for 134th IMA course at Allahabad on 3rd Sep.
I have a query about my reslt of last sem of BE. Actually I failed in a subject and I have applied for revaluation and as the margin of passing is very less I am quite sure about passing in it.
So is it advisable to attend the interview?
Is there any way to attend the interview with some application or something like that?
Will they consider my case?

@Sam, Yes you can attend the SSB with the mentioned docs, no need of any special docs, just make that you must pass that subject before submission of docs for joining academy.

If you do not have mark sheets or result awaited , you can use the applications mentioned above, if you have everything with you then there is no need of such applications.
