Candidates can apply AFCAT 1/2013 online through careerairforce.nic.in, there is no need of posting any application forms now like earlier, Indian air force has made everything online. Aspirants can visit careerairforce.nic.in and register themselves there and continue with the application process. Though few candidates are facing problem during registration, here you can find step by step process on how to fill and apply for AFCAT 2013 online.
1. Visit careerairforce.nic.in website. Click on Candidate Login button and click on “New Candidate” if you are doing a fresh registration. One who is already registered can login with their details.
2. Fill the necessary details in the required field and submit it, check your e-mail for login details. Go back to step one and now login in the portal with the details you got in mail.
3. You will see something like below, this process has 5 registration parts, part 1 you have done above and remaining 4 you have to do. Start with registration no 2.
4. Fill the details required in part 2 registration, choose your qualification education carefully, click on view details link to get more information on the same, likewise fill other details which are common and easy to understand. Click on continue to part 3 button at the bottom.
5. Tick on subjects you have studied in your graduation, you must have minimum 8 subjects to be eligible. These subjects are coming as per the “qualifying education” you have selected in part 2. If you do not find correct subject list, go back to part 2 and select correct qualifying education. Make sure you have studied minimum 8 subjects, subject name difference may occur, so just be careful. Fill other details asked at the bottom. Click on continue to part 4.
6. Here you can select course preference, AFCAT center (for written test) and AFSB center (for interview). Select as per your interest and proceed.
7. In part 5 you need to fill some other details, also you have to upload a clear passport size photograph. You are suggest to check guidance for photo upload before uploading a photo. Rest details are very common. Click on Save and Preview button.
8. Now you can see your complete application form, check all details for errors, if you find one, go back and correct it, once you are sure, tick the agreement and click on submit.
9. You are done, check your email for conformation on submission from AFCAT cell.
