Personal interview is the technique in the SSB schedule, where the candidate is accessed face to face to analyse him by talking to him in a causal form. It is always perceived as a casual talking period. But the depth of it is always seen from the point of view of the IO. The IO observes the candidate very deeply to judge his personality accurately. - Temper Control – Your temper management is also observed by the IO. Some loss temper candidates get it hard to manage their body language during the personal interview process, which is noticed by the IO.
- Way Of Expression – An impressive way to speak out in personal interview is to stay clear, to the point and easily understandable during the interview. If you don’t know the answer of any question, then it is better to accept than to mount a heap of 100 lies.
- Commemoration And Attention – Rapid fire, the most feared part of personal interview, is to check your attention in listening and commemorating the questions and replying in the given manner. Sometimes the IO counter-questions you to interrupt and checks your mental strength to come back to the questions.
