This is the story of Lt. Raman, an Indian navy sailor who worked hard despite odds and became an officer in the Indian army recently. The story of Lt. He was born in a Below Poverty line family. His father was a construction worker with a very low income. He completed his schooling at a local school with limited facilities. He cleared Engineering Entrance exam with a good rank and got a seat in a Govt College but Due to lack of funds, he had to quit his B.tech after the first year. Then to support his family he joined Indian Navy as a sailor in 2011. Meanwhile, he completed his graduation from Indira Gandhi National Open University in 2015. He then applied for various notifications to become an officer. However, he failed 9 times. But he kept on trying and finally after a long struggle of three years he cleared his SSB Interview in 2016 in 10th attempt. He joined OTA in April 2017 and got commissioned into the elite Indian Army as a Lieutenant.
