Lieutenant Commander Karabi Gogoi joins Indian embassy in Moscow as the Assistant Naval Attache. She is a Naval Architect and the first Woman Naval Officer to be posted in an Indian mission abroad. She studied at the Gandhi Institute of Engineering and Technology in Odisha. In her final year BE exams in 2010, she attended the SSB interview in Bengaluru and was commissioned into the Navy the same year.
