AFCAT 1 2024 Eligibility Criteria

Before applying for AFCAT 1 2024, candidates must ensure they meet the eligibility criteria set by the Indian Air Force. Here are the key eligibility requirements:

Age Limit

  • Flying Branch: Candidates must be between 20 and 24 years of age as of January 1, 2025.

  • Flying Branch: Candidates must have a minimum of 50% marks in Maths and Physics at the 10+2 level. They should possess a graduation degree with a minimum of three years or a BE/B Tech degree with at least 60% marks or equivalent.
  • Ground Duty (Technical) Branch: Candidates should have scored a minimum of 50% marks in Maths and Physics at the 10+2 level. They must possess a four-year degree in Engineering/Technology or have cleared Sections A and B examination of Associate Membership of Institution of Engineers (India) or Aeronautical Society of India.

AFCAT 1 2024 Selection Process
