AFCAT 1 2024 Eligibility Criteria

• Flying Branch: Candidates must have a minimum of 50% marks in Maths and Physics at the 10+2 level. They should possess a graduation degree with a minimum of three years or a BE/B Tech degree with at least 60% marks or equivalent.
• Ground Duty (Technical) Branch: Candidates should have scored a minimum of 50% marks in Maths and Physics at the 10+2 level. They must possess a four-year degree in Engineering/Technology or have cleared Sections A and B examination of Associate Membership of Institution of Engineers (India) or Aeronautical Society of India.

AFCAT 1 2024 Selection Process

The selection process for AFCAT 1 2024 consists of three stages:

1. Written Test: Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria will appear for an online written exam. The exam will consist of 100 questions and will carry a maximum of 300 marks. The duration of the exam will be 2 hours.
