Pasighat, Arunachal Pradesh – In a significant move to support veterans and Veer Naris, the Indian Army’s SpearCorps has inaugurated a new Veterans Seva Kendra (VSK) at the Sports Stadium in Pasighat on April 30, 2024.
The ceremony was attended by a large number of veterans and several notable civil dignitaries.
The VSK is designed as a comprehensive facility to cater to the needs of veterans and Veer Naris. It offers a range of services including Aadhar authentication, recruitment opportunities, and access to the SPARSH pension management system.
Additionally, the center is equipped with a library and provides internet services, enhancing the welfare and convenience of its visitors.
This initiative by the Spear Corps marks a significant step in reinforcing the connection with veterans and acknowledging their invaluable contributions to the nation.
The center aims to serve as a one-stop solution for all grievances and needs of the veteran community in Arunachal Pradesh.
