Chief of Army Staff (COAS), General Upendra Dwivedi, recently visited the Headquarters Madhya Bharat Area in Jabalpur to review the operational logistics and administrative preparedness of the forces stationed there.
His visit included comprehensive deliberations on the welfare of veterans and Veer Naris, where he praised their significant contributions and underscored the need for ongoing emphasis on their welfare.
During his visit, General Dwivedi also toured the Military College of Material Management and the Jammu & Kashmir Rifles Regimental Centre.
He was briefed on the innovative uses of technology in training, infrastructure development, and administrative processes, reflecting the Army’s commitment to modernizing its operations.
The COAS interacted with troops of all ranks, commending them for their high standards of operational readiness.
