Lieutenant General Daljit Singh, Director General of the Armed Forces Medical Service (DGAFMS), inaugurated a new state-of-the-art CT Scan Centre at the Military Hospital in Gwalior. This modern facility is set to provide advanced diagnostic services to over one hundred thousand veterans and serving personnel, enhancing the medical care available to the armed forces community.

During his visit, Lt Gen Singh also toured the newly constructed block of the Military Hospital, where he was briefed on the ongoing infrastructure projects aimed at improving medical services. The new facilities underscore the military’s commitment to the health and well-being of its personnel and veterans, reflecting the motto “We Care.”

The CT Scan Centre, equipped with the latest technology, will significantly aid in the prompt diagnosis and treatment of various health conditions, thereby increasing the hospital’s capacity to deliver high-quality medical care. This development is part of a broader initiative under the Sudarshan Chakra Corps to modernize and expand healthcare facilities for the armed forces.
