Lt Gen Neeraj Varshney Emphasizes Integrity and Excellence at Closing of Senior Officers EME Course

Secunderabad, November 2, 2024 – Lt Gen Neeraj Varshney, VSM, Commandant of the Military College of Electronics and Mechanical Engineering (MCEME), delivered an inspiring closing address at the conclusion of the 137th Senior Officers EME (SO-137) course.
