Lt Gen Shinghal was briefed about the academyโ€™s state-of-the-art infrastructure, comprehensive training modules, and its role in shaping the future leaders of the armed forces. He emphasized the need for fostering jointmanship early in the careers of young officers, reiterating that a well-coordinated and cohesive approach among the services is crucial for national security.

The Deputy Chief also addressed the cadets, underscoring the significance of inter-service cooperation and the adoption of modern technology in warfare. He encouraged them to imbibe the ethos of unity and mutual respect while developing a deeper understanding of the roles and capabilities of sister services.

Lt Gen Shinghal lauded the efforts of INA in producing world-class officers who are not only well-versed in naval warfare but also possess a keen understanding of joint operations. He called for more initiatives to strengthen cross-service collaboration and to prepare the armed forces for multi-domain operations.

The visit concluded with a tour of the academyโ€™s training facilities and a ceremonial event to honor the Deputy Chiefโ€™s contributions to the armed forces. His visit served as a reinforcement of the vision to create a unified and highly capable defense force equipped to safeguard the nationโ€™s interests.

The INA continues to play a pivotal role in fostering jointmanship and operational synergy, aligning with the broader objectives of integrated defense management in India.
