The Indian Navy is in the final stages of negotiating a major procurement deal worth Rs 60,000 crore for Rafale-M fighter jets, which are seen as a game-changing addition to the country’s air combat capabilities. The acquisition of these advanced jets is expected to further secure India’s position in a volatile geopolitical landscape, particularly concerning threats from neighboring countries.

Adding to the strategic upgrades, India is set to receive 26 advanced fighter jets alongside a substantial array of deadly missiles. This move is expected to significantly enhance India’s aerial offensive and defensive capabilities, reinforcing its military readiness.

Indian Navy Chief has been vocal about security concerns regarding neighboring Pakistan, suggesting that the country is prioritizing military expenditures over the welfare of its citizens.
