Valedictory Address for the Advanced Gunnery Course at the School of Artillery

The Valedictory Function for the prestigious Advanced Gunnery Course was held at the School of Artillery, where Lt Gen N S Sarna, Commandant of the School, addressed the participating officers. The course, designed to enhance expertise in modern artillery warfare, saw participation from Indian Army officers and 10 officers from Friendly Foreign Countries (FFC), reflecting the collaborative spirit and shared commitment to military excellence.

Recognition of Excellence

The event celebrated the achievements of the course participants, with special awards given to outstanding officers:

  1. Capt Nav Karan Singh: Honored with the Gorti Memorial Trophy for being adjudged as the Overall Best Student, his exemplary performance stood out in all aspects of the course.
  2. Capt Anmol Gurung (Nepal): Recognized as the Best Officer among the participants from Friendly Foreign Countries (FFC), highlighting the international collaboration and camaraderie fostered by the course.
